Where is Envoise based?

We design our jewellery in Australia, drawing inspiration from modern minimalism and everyday elegance, with our company headquartered in the Netherlands.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship our jewellery to customers throughout Australia and New Zealand.

How long does shipping take?

6–10 days from the moment the order goes into transit.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, they may already be in processing.

How can I track my order?

We will send you a tracking number to your email once your package has been shipped. Please track your order using our tracking page.

Will I pay customs?

In most cases, you will not be charged any customs fees. However, customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government. If your order is subject to customs charges, you will be responsible to pay them.

Are your products waterproof?

Yes. Our jewellery is designed to be water resistant and suitable for everyday wear. It can handle contact with water such as hand washing, rain, and showering without losing its colour or finish.

To maintain the best condition over time, we still recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to salt water, chlorine, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.

Is the jewellery hypoallergenic?

Yes. Our jewellery is made from skin friendly materials and is designed to be hypoallergenic. It is suitable for sensitive skin and free from common irritants such as nickel.

If you have highly sensitive skin or known allergies, we still recommend avoiding prolonged contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals to maintain comfort and longevity.

Will the colour fade or turn green?

No — our pieces are made with premium plating and protective coating to prevent discoloration or green marks.

What if I receive a damaged item?

Contact us at info@envoise.com with a photo, and we’ll sort it out right away — either with a replacement.
