Where is Envoise based?
We’re proudly based in Australia, with our designs inspired by modern minimalism and everyday elegance.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. Please check your country’s import regulations as customs fees may apply.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery usually takes 10–15 days depending on your location. Custom delays may occur outside Australia.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, they may already be in processing.

How can I track my order?
We will send you a tracking number to your email once your package has been shipped. Please track your order using our tracking page.
Will I pay customs?
In most cases, you will not be charged any customs fees. However, customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government. If your order is subject to customs charges, you will be responsible to pay them.
